Our small herd of cattle live happy and healthy on native grasses, all natural, no hormones, no antibiotics. During cold weather, they get extra treats to maintain their weight, and they get high quality hay to supplement their grazing. The result is beautiful beef, naturally delicious with just the right amount of marbling.
